Cancellation & Modification


Because Warmistry products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it. Changes may include:

  • Personalization details

  • Product size, color, or quantity

  • Shipping address

Please contact us immediately at support@warmistry.com and include your order number and requested changes.


After the 3-hour period, your order may be locked for production and can no longer be canceled or modified. Warmistry is not responsible for errors in personalization or shipping information submitted by the customer.

REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your payment provider.
