SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, package size, and selected shipping method. Any available discounts or free-shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the package is transferred to the carrier. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may have different tracking numbers or delivery dates.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be delayed, delivered to the wrong location, or returned to the sender. Warmistry cannot provide a free replacement or refund for delivery issues caused by information entered incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be produced or shipped again.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has begun.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Warmistry cannot control or accelerate customs clearance procedures.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Warmistry so we can review the shipment.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Resolution is subject to carrier investigation and the terms of our Refund & Replacement Policy.
